What time can I arrive?

Check-in time is 4pm. However, you can arrive at any time you wish, and luggage storage is available until your room is ready.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also not permitted in the public areas of the hotel, in accordance with national regulations.

Do you have rooms with separate beds?

All our rooms have double beds that can be separated, except for suites (junior, deluxe and privilege) and penthouse rooms. Please specify when booking at reservation@rivage-hotel.com

Do the rooms have safes?

Yes, our rooms have safes that can hold a 14-inch laptop.

Is it possible to add a baby bed in the rooms?

It is possible to add a baby bed in all our rooms and suites. This service is offered. Please specify this when making your reservation at: reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

Do the rooms have special views?

Yes, we do have some rooms and suites that offer remarkable views, either of the mountain or the lake. If you would like to enjoy a particular view, please book the room with the view in the room title.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Safe, minibar with bottle of water, Nespresso machine, double glazing, free wifi, flat screen TV, bathrobes and slippers, NUXE products in the bathroom, hairdryer, separate WC, large wardrobe.

At what time can I check in?

Check in time is 4pm. However, you can arrive at any time you wish but we cannot guarantee immediate access to your room. Luggage storage is available until it is ready.

What time do I have to vacate the room?

The room must be vacated by 11am at the latest. We have a luggage room if you wish to store your belongings during the day.

Do you offer early check in or late check out?

Yes, only on request at the time of booking at reservation@rivage-hotel.com and depending on availability, and with an extra charge, you can occupy your room after 11am or be guaranteed access to your room before 4pm.

Can I arrive late in the evening?

Yes, the reception is open 24 hours.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please read the terms and conditions carefully when making your booking. The policy may vary depending on the rate booked and the website you book on.

Where can I find the best prices?

You will find the best deals, 10% cheaper than online retailers, on the official Rivage Hotel & Spa website by booking online here.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets in our rooms and suites. Please specify when booking at reservation@rivage-hotel.com and you will be charged €25 per night per pet. Please note that the wellness and aquatic areas are not accessible to pets.

When do I pay for my stay?

Please read the terms and conditions carefully when making your booking. Payment may vary depending on the rate booked and the website on which you book.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, you will have to pay the tourist tax of 1.45 € per person over 18 years old per night to the hotel.

What is the hotel's policy for children?

Children are considered adults and must occupy the available bedding. No extra beds are possible.

Does the hotel have internet access?

Yes, the hotel has Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access in the public areas and in the rooms. This service is free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. Monday to Sunday in the hotel's Ricochet restaurant.

Is it possible to have specific products for breakfast or dinner?

Yes, if you mention it when you make your reservation. We can then accommodate your allergies and intolerances (e.g. gluten-free).

Is it possible to have the meal or drinks served in the room?

Yes, we offer room service for all of our food and beverages, for breakfast service and in the evening.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel is suitable for people with reduced mobility. We have 4 PRM rooms. Please specify this when booking at: reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, the hotel has air conditioning in the public areas and in all individually controlled rooms.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, the hotel provides free luggage storage during the day.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, the hotel has two food and beverage outlets:

- Bacari Food & Drinks, open all day for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner

- Le Ricochet, a restaurant specializing in cured meats and a scallop shop open for dinner.

Is it possible to have flowers or chocolates in the room?

Yes, it is possible to have what you want in your room on arrival. However, please specify this when making your reservation at reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

Does the hotel have a fitness room?

Yes, the hotel has a 146 m² fitness room which is free of charge for hotel guests.

Does the hotel have a spa?

Yes, the hotel has a 1000m² space composed of a NUXE spa with 5 treatment rooms and an aquatic area (swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, hammam, whirlpool) accessible free of charge to hotel residents. The spa is open from 10am to 8pm.

Can I book a treatment or a yoga class?

Yes, the hotel offers tailor-made treatments with our partner NUXE. It also offers yoga classes during the day. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

Can I access the spa area if I am not staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can book a treatment and use the pool area and fitness room. You can also participate in yoga classes. We offer memberships for external clients. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

What activities can we do around the hotel?

In summer, you can rent bicycles and ride around the lake, enjoy a boat or paddle trip on the lake, go hiking on the surrounding peaks, go paragliding over the lake...

In winter, you can enjoy the exceptional ski areas of La Clusaz or Le Grand-Bornand just 30 minutes away by car, or go down the mythical Vallée Blanche from the top of the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

Can I offer an overnight stay at the Rivage Hotel & Spa or a spa treatment?

Yes, you can offer an overnight stay on half-board basis, a spa treatment or lunch at the hotel restaurant, for example. You can choose and purchase your package online at
, or create your own customized package by contacting the reservations department at reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, the hotel has 2 car parks: a secure underground car park with 35 spaces and a secure outdoor car park with 80 spaces. The hotel also has 12 spaces with electric charging points (including 2 Tesla charging points) to recharge your car. ATTENTION, maximum height of 1.80m for the underground garage. These car parks can be reserved and are subject to a charge. A 2-hour parking slot is offered for any consumption at the bar or restaurant.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service from Geneva?

Yes, the hotel can organise your transfer by private shuttle from Geneva airport or train station with our partners, on request when booking at reservation@rivage-hotel.com.

How do I get to the hotel?

The hotel is located on the lakefront, close to the beach of Albigny. It is easily accessible from Lyon (via the A43 motorway in 1h30), Geneva (A41 in 30 minutes) or Paris (via A40 in 6h). Annecy TGV station is 10 minutes away by bus. The hotel can book a taxi from the station.
