Our chefs will introduce you to culinary excellence through carefully selected, dry-aged ribeye steaks, cooked in our Mibrasa charcoal oven. Our signature: a delicately seared crust and refined smoky notes, all while maintaining an incredibly melt-in-your-mouth texture—for a perfect balance of bold flavors, tenderness, and indulgence.

The Market Menu
Every week, our chefs create a €30 market-inspired menu featuring seasonal ingredients: a choice of one appetizer from two options, a main course from three choices (meat, vegetarian, or fish), and a choice of one dessert from two options. That’s enough variety to come back for lunch several days in a row without ever getting bored.

Carefully selected matured meats are cooked in a Mibrasa charcoal oven for precise cooking and powerful flavors. They are accompanied by dishes inspired by the Savoy region, such as the roast fish of the day or simple and comforting bistro recipes.
