Inspired cuisine for your dinners

Le Ricochet restaurant welcomes you in the evening from Monday to Saturday, in a cosy, intimate atmosphere.
In fine weather, the restaurant opens onto a magnificent shaded terrace overlooking the lake. A veritable meeting point between lakes and mountains, Le Ricochet offers a cuisine with vegetal and mineral influences, enhanced by seasonal produce sourced from local producers.
A maturing meat cellar and an extensive shellfish service make for an exceptional culinary experience.
Le Ricochet has held the title of Maître Restaurateur since May 2022 and is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France.

Breakfast

Start the day with a generous, full and healthy breakfast, ideal for pedaling around the lake, enjoying water sports and taking on the summits. Head to the Ricochet for a sweet and savory buffet breakfast. Waffles, crêpes, various breads, dairy products and regional charcuterie, fresh fruit, eggs, diots, bacon... All with a view of the lake and a terrace in season!

Bacari as a place to live

Open at any time of day, the bar welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere, between lake and mountains.

The name of our bar evokes the tradition of Venetian bars and embodies the very essence of our establishment.
What sets our bar apart is the magnificent countertop fashioned from this corrugated glass, sourced directly from the Mirano artisan workshops in the Venetian region.
As in the Venetian bacari, we come here to sip a drink, enjoy an aperitif, share a meal and remake the world! It's a great place to meet people and make memories!
Whether you're a local or a traveler, Bacari welcomes you every day, ready to offer you an unforgettable experience on the shores of Lake Annecy, the little Venice of the Alps.

Every morning, enjoy a coffee and croissant at the bar before starting your day.

Pause goûter

The bar also welcomes you for a sweet or savoury break at any time of day.

Cocktail

Chef Nicolas Cegretin

Born in Reunion Island, Nicolas Cegretin inherited his father's love of cooking at a very young age. After his BTH and his diploma from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française at the Gregoire Ferrandi school, Nicolas consolidated his cooking skills with renowned chefs: Jean Louis Nomicos, Jean Pierre Vigato and Philippe Labbé.

Enriched by several experiences in Paris at the luxury French brasserie Apicius & Marius, in Marrakech at the palace La Mamounia and in the Philippines at the prestigious Raffles Residence, Nicolas Cegretin opened a signature restaurant and was awarded the title of "20 best restaurant in the Philippines" only one year later.

With his partner, whom he met on the shores of Lake Annecy, he continues his journey in Quebec at the Fairmont Hotel in Mont Tremblant. With the desire to return home and put to good use all his travels, his technique and his love of local products, he joined the Rivage adventure and now offers you a colourful cuisine.
